Targeted at primary students, the “Roll and ACT” Short Film Competition (Primary School) allows them to unleash their creativity in producing short films for spreading the positive energy to society through promoting the MPA theme of “Be Grateful and Treasure What We Have, Stay Positive and Optimistic”.
