The competition aims to encourage secondary students to appreciate the traditional Chinese treasures of the Hong Kong Palace Museum, and to integrate and apply knowledge of and skill in visual arts, language and technology to create animated picture books for nurturing their aesthetics, creativity, interest in digital art, as well as positive values and attitudes of inheriting traditional Chinese culture.
