Mathematics Book Report Competition for Secondary Schools(2023/24)

The objective of this competition is to enhance students’ motivation and interest in reading Mathematics books and strengthen their learning ability to foster lifelong learning and whole person development. It also serves as a platform for students to share their experience in writing Mathematics book reports.

Introduction

From the book “攸關貧富與生死的數學”, the student introduces the view of the author of the book regarding the applications of mathematics on different aspects of life. The student also shares her understanding on the mathematical connections to some interesting real-life problems. Thereupon, this shows the joy of learning mathematics.
